Respect the pool hours and pool rules: no musical devices, no glassware, bottles, food, or coolers in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed

Avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings

No Parties/Events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors

No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply and you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining days and security deposit.

Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay

Dishes must be washed prior to departure - A $30 USD fee will apply for any soiled dishes left behind
